Skyy has been teaching Chi Gung and Yoga for over 30 years and conducting Chi Gung and Yoga Teacher Training Certifications from
1993 to present in Florida and Baja, California with students from Europe, Canada, Israel, Japan, Mexico, China and across
America. Her training began in southern India at the Sri Aurobindo Institute from 1981 to 1982. She deepened her practice
in California and Nevada, then began teaching as well as continuing her training in Iyengar and Ashtanga. Her career includes
teaching Yoga and Chi Gung at the Medical Center of San Christobal in Galapagos Islands and at Indian River Community
College in Florida designing courses and writing books for advanced self-development classes. This curriculum included Chi
Gung and Yoga for college credit with an emphasis on Posinyms, her original concept of the ultimate in conscious communication.
She is an ADL Trainer and Barbizon instructor. She was initiated by Maharaj Charan Singh Ji in Sant Mat, led groups in A
Course in Miracles, and the Converstaion with God books, especially, Tomorrow's God, by Neale
Donald Walsch. She opened the Life Guidance Counseling and Yoga Studio in Jensen Beach, Florida in 1994 and has
been featured in many newspaper, magazine and television broadcasts. She taught Yoga in Sri Lanka, Greece, Turkey, Japan,
France, and lived in China. For many years she studied with Grandmaster Shantung.
